The Bourbon
Belle Meade Bourbon is distilled by our partner, Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery, a local Nashville gem! We feature their Classic Sour Mash Bourbon on this ticketed experience and sell both the classic and Reserve Bourbon by the bottle in our tasting room.
Arrival
Please arrive to Belle Meade Historic Site and Winery at least 15 minutes before your reservation time slot as the bourbon experience will start right on time. If you’d like to explore the grounds before or after your ticketed time slot, our grounds open as early as 9:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM. When you arrive, check in at the ticketing office in the visitors center to get your wristbands and any updated information. Proceed to the Ice House after check-in. This can be located on the map in your Visitors Guide. The Ice House doors will open right at the scheduled reservation time.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive after the experience has started, we will do our best to accommodate if time allows, however, due to the nature of our experience, we will not be able to back track on what you may have missed. Depending on time, the bourbon steward will do their best to catch you up, but we thank you for understanding that this is not always possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to make other arrangements for your party.
Cancelations & Refunds
Cancelations must be made 24 hours in advance from your reserved time to receive a full refund. Our ticketed experiences book up quickly, so we thank you for giving us time to rebook other guests should you choose to forfeit your reservation. Cancelations within 24 hours of the reservation will not be issued a refund. For questions about this or concerns, please call the winery at (615) 356-6164.
