Wine Club FAQ’s

  • There is NO fee to join and you may sign up anytime online or by visiting us. Automated wine club orders are processed 4 times a year with 4 bottles for each order. As a member, you agree to at least four shipments/orders.

  • We recommend shipping your wine orders to a business address to ensure that an adult will be available to sign for the package. Shipments can also be received to personal residences. Federal law requires all wine shipments to have the signature of an adult 21+ years of age to deliver wine. Shipments are handled by UPS and cannot be delivered to any PO boxes. Returned or refused shipments will incur additional fees and UPS charges for an address correction fee once the package has left our facility.

  • Absolutely! We are more than happy to make this accommodation as long as it is specified that you will be picking up your order at the time of sign up.

  • After four club shipments, if you wish to cancel your wine club membership, you may do so by emailing club@bellemeadewinery.com or calling 615-645-0554.

  • No. While we are shipping to most states, there are a handful that we are not currently shipping to. To find out if your state qualifies, please visit our shipping page.

  • Wine Club ticket redemptions must be booked through our wine club director. Please email club@bellemeadewinery.com to book your tickets. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
